MACHINERY AND STAFF
We work to very high standards with over 200 types of steel sheet in various grades and dimensions. We are experienced in forming and machining the most difficult types of steel.
- We perform:
- Laser cutting:
– Trumpf L3030 - – Trumpf L6030,
– Trumpf TruLaser 3030 - Gas cutting:
– 2 stoły Messer, - – 1 stół ESAB
- Plasma cutting
We also use Pegasus X400 mechanical saw
The bending process is executed using LVD320, Colgar 400, Ursviken 640, TrumaBend V85, Gasparini, CBC 400 and PMSv160 machines.
The Cutting Department is also equipped with 2 straightening machines CTO 250 and CTO 400, 6 milling machines and 2 Mazak CNC lathes. Rolling is performed on KBB (maximum sheet thickness 20 mm).
Blasting is performed using BV Granigliatrici
In this department we employ more than 70 highly qualified people.
